ONBOARDING POLICY

We are NEXORAN LTD, having been duly registered in UK and having Company’s number 15998670 and address: City Road, 124, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX

Key objectives
Our key objectives in onboarding members are to:

•	Ensure that every member is over the age of 18 at the time of onboarding
•	Ensure that the member is registering free of coercion and entirely of their own free will
•	Ensure that we have a fully-verified government-issued photo ID for every member
•	Ensure that we have the full written consent of the member in respect of all the content that he or she is planning on uploading and streaming on our site
•	Ensure that the member’s profile, including both text and still images, are:
-	legal
-	in compliance with our terms and conditions
-	free of any suggestion of coercion
-	appropriate to the feel of our site
•	Minimize the risk of human error in failing to achieve the key objectives by involving sufficient different members of staff and outsourced professional assistance as necessary
•	Employ a zero-tolerance approach in rejecting any member’s registration that does not completely and definitely meet our stringent requirements

Process steps – Member
The main steps taken by a member to register an account on our website are as follows:
•	The member starts on the website at the registration page:
-	On that page he or she enters some basic information
-	He or she then clicks the button to create an account, and at the same time agrees
-	to our terms and conditions:
-	Member agrees to our terms and conditions on each and every subsequent login
to member’s account
-	Member then begins the main part of the registration process, which has a
number of steps:
-	Member builds his personal profile by adding more details – this includes an amount of text whereby he describes in his words
-	Member then uploads some profile pictures.
-	Then member to complete the identification and age verification process. This process includes a video element if the member is being, in any way, coerced during the verification process. We will clarify if the ID document is genuine and the member has successfully completed the process without issue.

•	Process steps
Once a member has completed the registration steps then our team begins to review the entire application to make sure it meets all our requirements. Until our internal review processes are complete the member has no access to our site and none of her content can be seen by anyone.
The mains steps of our internal review process are as follows:
-	We check to see if he or she already has another member account with us. If he or she does then we review that account to make sure there are no issues with it or any reasons arising from that meaning we should reject new application. If he or she has another account then new account is linked with the existing account to make sure that all future customer service, compliance and review processes are completely joined up.
-	We check the status regarding ID document, and if we can’t verify it then application is rejected.
-	Member’s entire profile is reviewed to make sure it’s completely legal, has no content or comments or misleading terms of any sort that are suggestive of illegal content, child exploitation materials, non-consensual activities, or of content that breaches our terms and conditions (which are considerably more restrictive than the bare legal requirements and what is required by the standards).
-	All member’s profile pictures are reviewed to make sure they’re completely legal, have no content any sort that are suggestive of illegal content, child exploitation materials, non-consensual activities, or of content that breaches our terms and conditions. They are also reviewed against member’s ID document to make sure the person in the profile pictures is the same person.
-	We also expect member’s pictures to feature the member in a number of different environments to reduce the likelihood of any coercion. If any profile pictures are in any way suggestive of coercion or non-consensual activity then the registration is rejected.
-	Once one person has completed all of the above review processes it is then sent to a senior staff member for the second review. The second person repeats the entire process listed above.
-	Once the second person has completed the second stage then a third person, this time at board level, then repeats the process. Therefore, every member registration has been reviewed by three different members of staff, including senior management. If just one of those three reviewers are unhappy with any aspect of the registration then it rejected.

Only after all of the above processes are complete is the member given access to the site and profile made visible to members and non-members.
